Configure Internal Secure Paths for Outlook 2007 including Web Services Virtual Directory and Auto Discover Service Internal Uri - view details
As you introduce Outlook 2007 on your end user computers in your Exchange environment , you might see some strange errors pop up to the clients, or things like the Out of Office Assistant and Free Busy Information not show up correctly. When you introduce Outlook 2007, it doesn't go to public folders for this information as previous versions of outlook did. The problem now is that if you introduce a commercial SSL certificate you may have remapped OWA pages, but not your internal components. In this video tutorial, Grant will show you how to configure internal secure paths for Outlook 2007.

Highlights from this video:
  • Two commands that can solve this problem
  • Using the same certificate to change external and internal URLs
  • Where does Free Busy Information now reside?
  • Setting your Client access server for the Auto Discover Service
and much more
