Every time a user logs into and then out of a new computer, they leave behind their profile. This profile can be quite large - many, many gigabytes in fact - and having it sitting on a machine that will not be used by that user again is wasting space and potentially could be a security hazard. One of the things you can do is to periodically clean out these profiles.
