What personal information do we collect?

we will notify the payment service(s) used during the transaction and provide them with the information
needed to complete the transaction, to verify that your card information and address match the information
that you supplied to us and that the card has not been reported lost or stolen.
Other LearnitFirst.com LLC corporate entities - We may disclose personal information to other
LearnItFirst.com corporate entities to process payments and provide integrated customer support related
to LearnItFirst.com transactions, as well as to investigate potential fraud, illegal activities or violation
of the LearnItFirst.com Terms of Service.
Companies with whom we jointly offer products - If you sign up for a co-branded version of
LearnItFirst.com, we will share only the minimum information to provide enhanced integration between
LearnItFirst.com's and the partner's services. We may provide personal information to companies that
offer co-marketed or "private label" products and services with us. For example, we disclose
information to PayPal, our payment gateway, to determine customers' eligibility for the LearnItFirst.com
service.
Agencies or authorities with whom we are legally required to cooperate - We may disclose
information during the investigation of fraud or illegal activity. For example, we may disclose personal
information in response to a subpoena, warrant, court order, or comparable legal process.
You have the choice of closing your LearnItFirst.com account. If you choose to close your account, we
will mark your account in our database as closed but will keep your personal information in our database.

A record of all your course history and course purchases is available online in your My Account page, and we encourage you
to review this regularly for accuracy. If you think your Account information or a transaction receipt
is wrong, or if you need more information about a subscription listed for the Account or receipt, contact
us as soon as you can. In case of errors or questions about your electronic transfers contact our customer
service center by clicking the Contact Us link in the footer of every page on any LearnItFirst.com website.
We must hear from you no later than 60 days after we sent the first receipt or notice on which the problem
or error appeared.
If you contact us to report a possible error or question:
- Tell us your name and email address.
- Describe the error or the transfer you are unsure about, and explain why you believe it is an error
or why you need more information.
- Tell us the amount of the suspected error.
- Tell us the website of the suspected error.
- If you tell us orally, we may require that you send us your complaint or question in writing within
10 business days.
We will determine whether an error occurred within 10 business days after we hear from you and will
correct any error promptly. If we need more time, however, we may take up to 45 days to investigate
your complaint or question. If we decide to do this, we will credit your account within 10 business
days for the amount you think is in error, so that you will have the use of the money during the time
it takes us to complete our investigation. If we ask you to put your complaint or question in writing
and we do not receive it within 10 business days, we may not credit your account.
For errors involving new accounts, point-of-sale, or foreign-initiated transactions, we may take up
to 90 days to investigate your complaint or question. For new accounts, we may take up to 20 business
days to credit your account for the amount you think is in error.
We will tell you the results within three business days after completing our investigation. If we decide
that there was no error, we will send you an explanation either through email or written. You may ask
for copies of the documents that we used in our investigation. All communications to you about the investigation
will be through email or telephone, except in unusual circumstances at our sole discretion.
