I'm Having Trouble Logging In - Help!

First off, we're sorry. We hate it when that happens to us on other sites.

100 times out of 100, when someone writes to us and tells us they are having trouble logging in, it's one of three things:

1. Internet Explorer has corrupted a necessary cookie. Clear your cookies, refresh the page, and you should be able to log in. This handles 99% of the situations. On a side note, we've never once had a Firefox user tell us they were having this trouble...
   • Clear your cookies (this will take you back to the home page)
   • Consider trying a different browser: Firefox · Safari · Chrome · Upgrade to Internet Explorer 8.0
2. Javascript is turned off and/or security settings are too restrictive - we use cookies for authentication. Make sure your system allows cookies or you won't be able to download!
3. A Server Hiccup - we aren't perfect :) Maybe Scott or Grant accidently unplugged the degrisserator or perhaps the gutalkatalkt has lost its mip again? These things happen sometimes, you know...

Seriously - it's probably Internet Explorer and cookies... But if you've tried numbers 1 & 2 above and are still having trouble, please contact us.
