How to View Our Videos
To view the video portion of our downloaded videos, you must install the proper
codec. The installation only needs to be done one time per machine.
- PC users: Download and install the TSCC codec (download it here)
- Mac users: Download and install the Ensharpen codec
(get it here)
- We've found that QuickTime doesn't always play our videos correctly and users may
experience some distortion in the audio. If you run into this problem, we recommend
downloading and playing the videos on the VLC or DivX media player (both are free).
NOTE: You will not see video until you have installed
the correct codec
If you have installed the TSCC codec and are still unable to see video, the next
step would be to view our Troubleshooting page
(hint: it's probably your video player).
