How to View Our Videos

To view the video portion of our downloaded videos, you must install the proper codec. The installation only needs to be done one time per machine.

NOTE: You will not see video until you have installed the correct codec

If you have installed the TSCC codec and are still unable to see video, the next step would be to view our Troubleshooting page (hint: it's probably your video player).
