"I cannot download videos yet I've already paid for the course!"

First off, we're sorry. We hate it when that happens because it means that we've unnecessarily confused an otherwise easy process.

Most of the time, this page can help you find the right answer. At the bottom of the page is where the contact info is in case you don't find the answer what you need.

  1. Most likely when someone writes to us asking why they are being asked to purchase a course even though they think they have already purchased the course, the problem is that they are actually viewing a similar course, not the one they actually purchased!
    • Example: if you purchased our "SQL Server 2005 Database Administration" course yet you happened to download videos from our "SQL Server 2008 Database Administration" course page, you would be told that you need to purchase that course. The solution would be to download videos from the "SQL Server 2005 Database Administration" course page!
    • "How can I tell which courses I have purchased?" - view your account and click the tab for "My Courses"
    • Remember that each course must be purchased separately
  2. Sometimes PayPal is the problem - silly PayPal will periodically decide that you are paying by e-Check. e-Checks can take up to 10 days to clear. And PayPal will not notify us of payment until your payment clears. Don't worry about this - we will send you an email instantly if PayPal has done this to your payment and you'll have the chance to change it. If you are concerned about this, check your email for an email from us! This is probably not the problem though; bullet number 1 above is the issue 99 times out of 100...
