What Payment Options Do You Accept?

There are several options:

1. Credit Card payments are processed securely using 128-bit encryption over Secure-socket layer (SSL) connections and receive instant access to download and view videos.
2. PayPal is an alternative to paying via credit card on the website. PayPal orders are processed within a few hours of payment.
3. Purchase orders are accepted for orders over $250.00 by US companies by telephone/fax. Please call us at +1(877) 630-6708 during normal business hours (USA, Central Time). You will likely need our W-9 for your accounting/billing department.
   Once you have the purchase order, please fax it to us at +1(866) 434-4816. Be sure to include the contact information of your accounting/billing department so that we can coordinate payment. Once we have spoken with someone in accounting/billing, your subscription will be added and you may begin to watch videos. Generally the whole process takes less than one hour.
4. Telephone orders are accepted during normal business hours (USA, Central Time). Our telephone number for users in North America is +1(877) 630-6708. International users may telephone +1(877) 630-6708 Please have your credit card information ready.
5. Mail-in orders are accepted as well. Please allow time for the payment to clear before your subscription is activated. To pay by mail-in order, please go through the Checkout process and click the payment option for "Mail-in Order". You will then be prompted to print a payment form and all necessary information (address, who to make the payment to) will be provided on that page.
