Microsoft has included a directory for the Windows Support Tools since Windows 2000. In this video veteran trainer Grant Moyle shows you the benefits of the Windows Support Tools (SUPTOOLS.MSI). This video is a nice overview of what the Windows Support Tools are, which tools are included, and a quick tour of several of the tools (like WINDIFF, for example)
