In both Windows Server 2003 and Windows XP, Microsoft turns on Enhanced Security Configuration for Internet Explore. This makes it very difficult to browse the web; even visiting the Microsoft website will be difficult using these default settings. This video helps you understand when to turn this off, what the ramifications of turning it off are, and then helps you turn it off for your computer
