How that you have Exchange 2007 installed on a new server, you'll want to make sure that your Exchange 2007 Server is up-to-date; that is has all the latest hotfixes, service packs and other goodies. After downloading and installing the critical updates, your next step is to migrate the mailboxes from the old server to the new server (i.e. how to migrate Exchange 2003 mailboxes to Exchange 2007).
