Mailbox Management allows administrators to build a policy and then have that policy enforced by the Exchange servers to clean out/up users' mailboxes removing items that may be over a certain size if they've been in the Inbox for a certain amount of time. A touchy subject among Administrators but a necessary one nonetheless
