Skill
level:

Description:
If you want your users to be able to locate your Exchange server without having to know the name of the physical machine, you'll want to configure an alias (also called a CNAME) in DNS (typing in webmail.LearnItFirst.com instead of MachineName.LearnItFirst.com). This is an excellent video if you want to get a solid understanding of DNS and how it works on your network.
