Our Business Model

Simple: We sell training videos and supporting materials (workbooks, exams with certification tracks) via the web to individuals and corporations. We sell subscriptions to websites in the LearnItFirst.com Video Training Network - a network of lots and lots of websites that are finely-focused in that each website trains users on only one specific topic.

Our Corporate Philosophy

Here's how we do business and how we think:

* We Hire Great Trainers and work with them to create training materials on hot, interesting I.T. topics

* Our Training Is Affordable By Anyone We've had people tell us we charge too little - that big companies would pay us $1000 per subscription - but we actually want to be affordable by everyone. We want our training videos to be used by the desktop support engineer who wants to move up in his/her career but cannot afford big-expensive-training-company's classes. We're here for the employee whose company won't pay for training and who must train themselves if they want a raise/promotion/new-job. We're here for the Everyman. We're here for you.

* Our Training Offerings Are Convenient - We call it "Anytime, Anywhere" access and we mean it. Online or offline, you can watch our videos. Want to watch the videos while you're taking a train ride through the Chunnel? No problem - you don't need internet access to watch them. Want to watch the videos while at work? No trouble. At home - sure!

* Our Training Is Portable - we wouldn't be very convenient if our videos only worked on Windows desktop PCs, would we? No... So we've made our videos so that you can watch them on Macs, iPods, iPhones, Blackberrys, Creatives - you name it.

* We Don't Use Digital Rights Management (DRM) - do you like being told that you can't copy an MP3 or piece of software to your new laptop? Noooooo - we all hate that sort of business. So we don't do it. Does it mean some people will abuse the system? Inevitably. Does that make them bad people? Not necessarily - many of us thirty-somethings wouldn't be where we are today if we hadn't *cough*found*cough* a copy of Windows NT4 somewhere. Don't steal our stuff, please. We try to make it inexpensive enough so that anyone can afford it.

Stop reading about us and just go watch some free videos already!
The Y in YMCA "The way you explain the concepts and methodology makes understanding it all the more easier. After attending numerous training sessions and courses, I would take your videos anytime."
